The Hunt For WaterAid
The time has come for you to get your hands on a signed pair of Hunter's specially designed boots in collaboration with WaterAid.
Having teamed up with Glastonbury earlier in July this year, the quintessential welly label invited a host of artists - including Kate Moss, Kings of Leon, The Fratellis and Alex James - to customise and sign the boots, which have just gone up for auction on eBay.
Raising money for the Hunter for WaterAid project, which is dedicated to helping people in remote regions of Madagascar, there will also be a limited number of unsigned boots available on the Hunter website. |

Santa Giuseppe
Giuseppe Zanotti is working to a rare "less is more" ethos for Christmas - releasing a limited edition shoe design that, rather than being hung with all the bells and whistles of the season, is stripped back to basics.
The design is based on the concept of creating a pedestal for the foot; so a 1.5-inch chrome platform and 5.5-inch heel support a lattice of black suede and a quietly-luxe ankle strap decorated with studs and Swarovski black diamond micro-crystals.
Plan your festive look around a pair now; they will go on sale at Giuseppe Zanotti boutiques from December 1, priced £890. |

It’s All About The Statement
Jewellery continues to be about making a statement and we are loving designs by Isharya. Designed and founded by San Francisco-based Radhika Tandon and her Bombay based sister-in-law Gauri Tandon, Isharya is a delicious mix of Bollywood glamour and cool Californian style. Think exquisitely embellished cuffs with rich coral and turquoise stones and gleaming yellow gold bracelets and Bedouin chandelier earrings - sure to add a glitzy finishing touch to any outfit. There are so many pieces that we like, that it makes it hard to choose a favourite. But if we must then it would have to be the daisy filigree cuff, pictured here. |

Charity is Bringing Pucci to the People
Women in long-term unemployment who have no money to spend on that killer interview outfit now have a place to go.
Dress for Success is a charity that believes that the outfit does maketh the woman, that there is power in clothes, and that feeling appropriately dressed can make the difference between another setback and that longed-for job. And it’s helping hundreds of women a year.
Already a phenomenon in America, with more than 75 branches across the country, the charity has been quietly building up in Britain since 2000. Working with women referred by job centres, homeless shelters, mental-health charities, prisons and other agencies, its aim is simple: to get women into the right look for their interviews - the clothes, the accessories, the make-up, even the underwear - for free.
What the clothes give is much more than merely a makeover. “It starts with a suit, but it doesn’t end with it,” says Kathy Seligman, the chairwoman of Dress for Success’s trustees. “We are dealing with women who just don’t have the money to go out and buy an appropriate outfit. So we fix that. But the look is just 25% of what we do. What we really give them is a dress and a hug.”
Packed with rails of clothes donated by individuals, retailers and businesses (bags full of designer suits from Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Lehman Brothers, for example), the charity’s offices in Islington are intimate and cosy. Each woman who comes through its door is given a one-on-one session with a personal advisor, who also acts as a stylist. If they’re successful in finding a job, they’re then invited back to choose a whole week’s worth of clothes to set them on their way.

Deacon’s Crystals
Giles Deacon is branching out into jewellery for the first time.
The former British Designer of the Year has hooked up with Evoke to create a collection of pendants, bracelets, earrings, rings and showstopping neck pieces rendering his irresistible tongue-in-cheek charm in CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements.
"Jewellery is becoming so much more important in fashion so when I was given the opportunity to design a capsule range for Evoke using Swarovski crystals, I jumped at the chance," he says. "I think the woman who will wear the collection is fashion conscious with a sense of humour and loves to accessorise her outfits."
The range known as Giles Deacon for Evoke, will land in stores in September
There are three ranges in the collection, the first is based on the play of optical black and white; the second range is based on the solar planet system: small stellar constellations cluster in rings, necklaces and earrings; and the third is motif-based, skulls with heart eyes, ring pulls, cherry skulls and safety pins that give an edgy, playful feel.

The Japanese fashion house approached Vuitton with the idea and the company felt it was the perfect way to mark its thirty-year presence in Japan.
While Kawakubo has designed the space, which will sit within the Comme des Garcons shop off Omotesando, Vuitton are investing in it financially and all profits will be divided.

Exclusive to Liberty, Le Labo offers the most delicious and unexpected scents which are mixed before your eyes. Each bottle is then personalised with name, date and an individual message. Rose 31, sounds like a feminine floral scent but in fact is modern, musky and harbours more than a hint of masculine notes in typically unpredictable Le Labo style.
