Terms & Conditions

• Bespoke Shoppers is the trading name for The London Gift Consultancy Ltd

• This site is owned and operated by The London Gift Consultancy Ltd, company Number 4638932, whose registered office is located at 74 Greenwich South Street, London, SE10 8UN.

• Registering with The London Gift Consultancy Ltd is subject to our Terms of Use.

• For our bespoke personal shopping service, we charge on an hourly basis at rates that may change from time to time. Each shopping trip shall be charged for a minimum of 2 hours.

• The client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred by The London Gift Consultancy during any shopping trips or any work undertaken as a result of a client’s request, including travel. Please note that travel by trains will be business class or equivalent and any travel above 4hrs by aeroplane will be business class or equivalent. The client will be liable for all delivery expenses of said goods.

• All purchases made, are on behalf of the client, and payment for such purchases are included in the total invoice, as authorised by any confirmation of orders placed. Invoices need to be paid in full within 7 days of receipt.

• The client may be requested to give credit card details as security. Payment for some goods may be required in advance. In such cases a full refund will be given if the goods are returned unworn and undamaged.

• Delivery of goods will be made by a member of The London Gift Consultancy Ltd team wherever possible. If this is not attainable, alternative methods will be made available to ensure gifts are delivered as promised.

• All goods purchased for clients are provided by a third party.
The client is responsible for the cost of delivery of goods to and from The London Gift Consultancy, the client and/or retailers.

• If goods are delivered with any defects or faults, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can organise the necessary collection arrangements.

• The client is responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen whilst in their care.

• Cancellation of an order can be done by e-mail at cancellation@thelondongiftconsultancy.com. If the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the goods within 7 days of receipt.

• Return of goods are granted 7 days of receipt. However exceptions to this may occur for reasons such as hygiene, e.g. earrings and lingerie. We will state at all times if a refund is not permitted.
